Spitz, re-excise as it appears not fully excised (left side)

I think its a Spitz nevus I cant distinguish if the margins are free.

Yes, another Spitz nevus. I had a whole bunch of these and thought they were all very interesting. While our knowledge about long term behavior of these lesions continue to be somewhat limited, experts start to get concerned around the age of 10. For this reason I recommended a re excision of this site. Also, if the lesion recurs, it's going to look really scary! another reason to recommend a re excision. The lesion involved margins.
