HISTORY
17 year-old male with right lower back biopsy.

Mastocytoma .The differentails are glomus and leukaemia cutis.

Yes. Solitary ( if single lesion ) Cutaneous Mastocytoma.

Dr Uma's paper on this topic (J Cutan Pathol 2007;34:289-295) is highly significant. Stains for mast cell tryptase and MiTF are significant in this context

Indeed. Mastocytosis.  This patient had multiple lesions.
