spindle cell lesion, moderately cellular, not really appreciate mitotic activity or cytologic atypia, no necrosis, elongated collapse vessels in Fig 3 and Fig. 7. I usually associate that type of vessels with fibromatosis. I think it's Ledderhose disease.

Alternating hypocellular and hypercellular areas and fibrous stroma suggest solitary fibrous tumour

Plantar fibromatosis is a good spot...nice typical vessels with typical perivascular clear spaces.
