looks like a squamous papilloma with goblet cells. Don't remember seeing or reading something like that in the skin. The only entity that comes to my mind from my own experience is a conjunctival papilloma, But the presence of sebaceous glands at the stalk of the papilloma is unusual.

Since ectopic sebaceous glands (Fordyce's spots) are known to be present in oral and genital mucosa, it could be a papilloma of any of these two sites. Vacuolization of some cells suggests HPV infection.
