33 year old female with a 3mm pigmented lesion of the chest.

Benign. Variant of Spindle cell nevus of Reid or possibly Deep penetrating nevus, although not penetrating very deep.

Pigmented epitheloid melanocytoma in the DDX but this looks a combination of benign nevus and Spitz ; otherwise previously called BLITZ.

I called this Reed nevis with some deep clonal nests. Benign lesion as all you guys perfectly suggested
