Kaposi sarcoma. HHV-8 immunostain would be of great help.

Spindle cell hemangioma may be considered if negative for HHV8.

Dear All,

Thank you for your comments. We thought about KS but it is HHV8 negative. Diagnosis: Angiomatosis
