Great idea. But definitely need cytokeratin stain to prove that. Otherwise, lymphoma, follicular dendritic sarcoma in the differential diagnosis. The type of case that one cannot make the diagnosis based just on H&E.

Totally agree with Anh. In real life In would't dare to sign out the case without the confirmation of a cytokeratin.

Difficult case for me!  In other sites ( lymph node ) I would think of a follicular dendritic cell tumor ...But agree with Colleagues, in this context.
