It looks like a difficult case of Kaposi sarcoma (?angiomatoid variant ?patch stage).

Agree with Vincenzo. Kaposi's sarcoma. Spindle cell hemangioma and Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma will come in differential consideration. HHV 8 for confirmation.

Indeed. This is Kaposi sarcoma. HHV-8 is positive.
