Metastatic adenocarcinoma with clear cells. Vascularity and hemorrhages suggest metastatic renal cell carcinoma. Malignant nodular hidradenoma is another possibility. Studies with CK7, CK20, CD10, RCC Ma may clear the picture

Sebaceous Carcinoma (probably low grade initially infiltrating).

This is a sebaceous carcinoma, recurred from a prior biopsy.  It's big so I had to use smartphone camera to take  low power pictures. The pictures don't project well on computer screen and it causes difficulties in interpretation.
