25 year-old female with widespread papules. This biopsy is from the right chest.

Although mastocytosis, clinical and histological picture doesn't suggest TMEP as the lesions are papular, number of mast cells is more and no dilated vessels of superficial plexus are seen. More likely to be urticaria pigmentosa with papular lesions. Giemsa, mast cell tryptase and CD117 needed to rule out myeloid leukaemia cutis.

Agree with CM, probably urticaria pigmentosa.

Mastocytosis. The last picture is a toluidine blue stain.
