Hyperkeratosis, hypergranulosis, atrophy of Malpighian layer, hydropic degeneration of basal cells and lichenoid infiltrate of lymphocytes extending down in the dermis, all suggest a lichen planus like keratosis of the atrophic type.

My first hypothesis is also Grover´s disease based on histopathologic findings, age and location of the lesion.
