Strands of follicular epithelium and myxomatous stroma- Fibrofolliculoma/ trichodiscoma or mantleoma

The stromal proliferation isn't actually pushing out epithelial follicular basaloid strands, and there is a closely related growth of vessels and fibroblasts(angiofibromatous growth), so I'm thinking of an Angiofibroma/aka Fibrous Papule of the face.
