Interstitial GA or interstitial granulomatous drug reaction. Former is more likely because of slight change in staining character of collagen, presence of mucin and absence of lichenoid reaction and eosinophils

Kaposi sarcoma.  The patient is HIV positive. The lesional cells are HHV-8 positive.
