M50. 2 year H/o asymptomatic pigmentation lateral aspects neck.
Poikidodermatous changes lateral upper neck, lastly sides and angle of jaw.

Reticulate hyperpigmentation seen clinically on the neck and histology showing solar elastosis with telangiectasia. This is the book picture of poikiloderma of Civatte.
