Basal cell carcinoma with sebaceous differentiation

Sebaceoma...ductal differentiation is commonly present, although here it’s a bit exaggerated.

Sebaceoma. BerEP4 is invariable negative or only focally weakly/moderately positive while EMA would be limited to the mature sebocytes (about 50% staining in the latter).

Diagnosis from Dr Chaudhry:

Thank you everyone, the final diagnosis was as Richard mentioned a Sebaceoma. The tumour was negative for BerEp4 and showed patchy positivity for EMA, limited to mature sebocytes!!!
