61 year-old male with right distal leg biopsy. Rule out scar/post-inflammatory pigmentary alteration.

A vasoformative lesion with plump endothelial cells and dissection of collagen. Looks like angiosarcoma. CD31, CD34 for confirmation and HHV8 to rule out Kaposi's sarcoma.

Kaposi sarcoma.  HHV-8 was positive.
