This is an "odd" naevus, epithelioid, unpigmented group. BAP loss lesion is a good suggestion and would need appropriate enquiry for underlying syndromic association. It needs a complete excision with clear margin. My ball park: melanocytoma/MELTUMP, probably benign behaviour.

Agree with BAP-oma (MBAIT- melanocytic BAP-1 mutated atypical intradermal tumor). These lesions usually show an inflammatory response which is noted in the last figure.

Great comments. We also noted some atypical features and recommended a re excision. We also favored benign clinical outcome. BAP1 was retained.
