Sincerely I was thinking of a Phosphaturic Mesenchymal Tumor, before reading the  comments of Colleagues...but their spot was more convincing. Now I have many doubts about this lesion. I don't see the characteristic perinodular ( pericalcifying nodules ) chondromatous fibroblastic palisades ( may be  ?the consequence of a long standing CAF ).  But now PMT is again my preferred spot at a glance...
