As an old anachronist pathologist I would like to call it Meningioma ( extracranial ). 

Agree whit Vincenzo. Meningioma is my spot. But Im not sure if is extracranial.

The patient is kind of old. So make sure that she does not have a history of meningioma in the brain.

Agree with all comments, I diagnosed this as a meningioma probably extracranial but mentionend that a correlation with clinical history should be performed. That being said, based on morphology this is a grade 1 meningothelial meningioma so the possibility of it representing a metastasis or direct extension from an intracranial meningioma would be exceptional. This tumor also expressed p63 focally which can be seen in meningiomas and may be sometimes deceiving. Additionnally, tumor cells were  present at the margins so a wider resection was suggested if feasible (these tumors tend to recur).
