F90. Forehead. 40 x 40mm raised black nodule. ?following trauma ?haematoma/Merkel/Melanoma.

Argee with angiosarcoma. We can see deep infiltration trough the muscle, anastomosing channels and  some atypical endothelial cells lining the vascular spaces. Angiosarcoma of the head and neck of the elderly.

Agree with angiosarcoma. No tricks again. Rather vasoformative generally but focally had more epithelioid areas.
