Hi everyone, Iam Alex from Peru (Im a general pathologist whit interest in dermpath).

After have the oportunity to meet Dr. Carr at the ISDP congress in Sao Paulo, im gonna try to participate more in this wonderfull page.

Agree whit the comments above:

Intravascular Papillary Endothelial Hyperplasia or Masson tumor, some people think that its just a funny organized thrombus.

Thanks so much for the kind comments and great to meet all the South American dermpathpro supporters that make this site a joy to participate in. We really learn from the comments of the newbies and trainees as much as from the experts who regularly post. Agree Mason's change and thrombosis probably it's occuring in a benign vascular malformation or pre-existing haemangioma.

Sorry for the late response. It is intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (Masson's tumor)
