Deep tumor located in the thigh of a 40 year old female. Schwannoma?

I see a soft tissue sarcoma composed of stellate cells and some lypoblasts (as seen in the last picture) within a myxoid stroma. Thare are more hypercellular areas in the periphery of the nodular arrangement and a plexiform vasculature like (chicken wire vasculature). My diagnosis is Myxoid liposarcoma.

Agree whit Myxoid Liposarcoma.

Age and location is classic too.

Yes agree with you all this is myxoid liposarcoma a beautiful "text book" case showing the lobular architecture with hypercellularity at the periphery, chicken wire/plexiform capillaries, spindle to round cells with no atypia, mucin pools and lipoblasts. There was also a small portion of a high grade area (round cell) that is not shown in the pictures. Have a nice weekend
