Yes! Agree! This is an "in situ" lesion ( despite some deceptive pseudo invasive aspect in fig5 and fig9 ), so favor EMPSGC. Nice ER/PR positivity, as expected.

Agree. Figures 6 , 7, and 10 show very nice fibrovascular cores within the solid sheets of tumor cells.  That's the reason why this tumor is considered analogous to the solid papillary carcinoma of the breast.
