It looks like kind of melanocytic lesion. Could be BAPoma.

I see a dermal melanocytic lesion with some atypia. Could this be melanoma?

Dificult case (at least for me). Its a melanocitic intradermal proliferation with epiteliod features and some degree of atypia.

I think its benign. And i agree that it could be a BAPoma.

Not sure about both bapoma and melanoma. Some atypia in last fig. We don't see deepest component...It could be a deep penetrating nevus. 

Difficult case and great comments. There is some atypia and it's always difficult with these partial biopsies in older individuals, to exclude melanoma. We had favored 'ancient change' within an inflamed nevus but recommended a re excision. The patient had had it for a long time but recently the lesion developed some erythema. BAP1 testing was normal.
