Poroma with combined features. Classic poroma and dermal duct tumour and areas of hidroacanthoma simplex.

Poroma with incidental eccrine ducts. Doesn't look like syringofibroadenoma/acrosyringeal nevus.

Thank everyone for your insightful discussion.   My dx was poroma and dermal duct tumour and areas of hidroacanthoma simplex.
