Synovial sarcoma..but one thing I see some extravastaed RBCS..but no tissue culture appearance

Synovial is a good thought

other possibilities Fibrosarcoma, less likely MPNST

Synovial sarcoma. The tumor was Bcl-2 and focally EMA positive.  The translocation was also identified.
