M70. Nose. Dusky coloured patch right nasal wall extending to cheek ?port wine stain; rosacea; ?Dx

mixed inflammatory cells in superficial and mid dermis. there are some non communicating sinusoidal vessels. some of them have prominent endothelial cells especially sen in image 4, in the dermis there are extravasted RBCs and siderophages.  may be some IHC will be useful

sir, do we need a Ki 67 stain  and ERG stain to know the proliferation status before we conclude it as angiosarcoma

Yes I thought there were sufficient features here for a diagnosis of angiosarcoma. ERG should show the same irrecular branching pattern as already highlighted in the endothelial markers above. I'm not sure I'd find Ki67 helpful or definitive. We would very much have to consider the clinical context in the diagnosis.
