My spot is also a Solitary Circumscribed Neuroma.

I thought about schwannoma, too but I favor SCN because of the superficial nature of the lesion and the lack of thick-walled vessels. In theory Neurofillament stain will show more axons in SCN then schwannoma but I don't use this stain.
