There´s something in these nuclei that reminds me neuroendocrine tumor... I would do some immunostais with CK20, neurofilament, etc to exclude Merkel cell carcinoma. Picture 2 shows what looks like an adnexial tumor (trichoblastoma) colonized by another tumor, maybe Merkel cell carcinoma.
