Erythematous nodules and plaques over the face and trunk since 1 year.

Foamy cell granulomas in dermis with a Grenz zone suggest lepromatous leprosy. ZN or Fite Faraco staining needed for confirmation.

Too rare in  Italy,,,so I'm ever late for this diagnosis ( this is my little believable lie ).
