Favor basaloid SCC over seb carc but will do adipophillin first.

Agree with above: poorly differentiated SCC ( S100 to rule out melanoma ).

Favor poorly differentiated SCC. I think there are intercellular bridges, unless I am imagining. But need markers to differentiate from sebaceous carcinoma.

Yes, SCC. All sebaceous carcinoma markers were negative.
