F8. Multiple lesions 4-5mm, red macules, trunk & limbs. Xxxx to leave light tan macule. Thigh.

Superficial perivascular dermatitis whit some eosinophils and (i think) sparse mast cell.

Mastocitosis is a good suggestion.

Yes. I just did Urticaria Pigmentosa diagnosis, before reading the comments of colleagues. So UP is probably the right one.
