non caseating granuloma , with a few eosinophils in it and  small cyst like structure.

GMS stain to r/o deep fungal infection

Interesting! first time to c esinophils within sarcoidal granuloma. The rounded structure with thick wall looks like containing sporangia? thinking of protothecosis?
