I think there is a perineurioma component, so favor a hybrid schwannoma and perineurioma.

Well demarcated multinodular myxoid spindle cell nodules, fingers, I am also thinking nerve sheath myxoma. S100, GFAP.

Nerve Sheath Myxoma is my first thought, but agree whit the above differentials.

The diagnosis was dermal nerve sheath myxoma. The multinodular appearance and the finger location is typical of this entity. Plexiform schwannoma is typically hypercellular (only Antoni A areas) and acral location is quite infrequent.
