multinodularity/papillary/mucin/-Endocrine mucin producing sweat gland carcinoma-no invasive component in sections studied

I'm happy sharing the same diagnosis with my Colleagues, because thought a lot of an apocrine hidradenoma, solid-cystic variant, but I considered the small round-oval cells in fig4 and last fig as endocrine type and finally concluded for EMPSGC.

Endocrine mucin-producing sweat gland carcinoma. ER, PR, synaptophysin and chromogranin were positive.
