19 Female cyst scalp

Bronchogenic cyst, against it is the location as I don't remember the scalp being a site of it. 

 

Other option is a cystadenoma

I also favor apocrine cystadenoma/hidrocystoma. I see apical snouting, but I did not appreciate apparent cilia.

I see apocrine changes in the cyst. So agree with Iohn, Igor and  Victor.

Thanks for the feedback - the final diagnosis is an apocrine cystadenoma.
