19 year old male with recent pneumonia with mucositis and limited cutaneous blistering. This biopsy is from the thorax.

Full thickness epidermal necrosis with separation from dermis - Toxic epidermal necrolysis

The features were reported as consistent with MIRM (Mycoplasma induced rash and mucositis).  The clinical picture was that of MIRM.
