60 year old woman with solitary, slowly enlarging pigmented vulvar lesion. R/o melanoma.

I suspect last two slides are still confounders!

Melanoma is NOT ruled out.

Hi everyone,

Richard, thanks for the update. I didn't realize the staff had uploaded the correct case.

Yes, we were between a lichenoid lesion and a regressing melanoma. Stains were unhelpful. We asked that the lesion be completely excised.
