A little bit cellular and by areas with some resemblance to tufted angioma but agree that fit more with Pyogenic Granuloma.

Differential could also include Proliferative phase of infantile hemangioma, in view of age and cellularity. But overall features and exophytic configuration, favours pyogenic granuloma

Lobular capillary hemangioma versus congenital hemangioma. The answer depends of the onset, the course and Glut-1 stain.

Pyogenic granuloma (due to architecture) more than strawberry nevus or congenital hemangioma. CPC needed.

Does look like PG doesn't it?

Patient has had this from birth, strongly suspected clinically to be infantile hemangioma. Glut1 was positive. Here's the seminal paper=

GLUT1: a newly discovered immunohistochemical marker for juvenile hemangiomas.
