An isolated tumor with superficial epidermis demonstrating features of epidermolytic hyperkeratosis are typical for Epidermolytic acanthoma.

It is cutaneous horn overlying an actinic keratosis with epidermolytic hyperkeratosis feature.

In sum hyperkeratotic actinc keratosis.

Too much hyperketasis for me.

I favor Actinic Keratosis with features of epidermolytic hyperkeratosis.
