mond like parakeratosis focal, with thin granular layer

Pityriasiform dermatitis-possible PR, still not classical for PR

There seem to be some neutrophils in the parakeratotic mounds, will consider guttate or early lesion of psoriasis.

Yes, it seems PRP, an also agree that i would consider psoriasis (guttate) in the differential and probably (in real life) perform a PAS.
