Something like candidiasis...other fungal infection in immunodepressed?

Oral hairy leukoplakia with superimposed Candida. Keratinocyte changes resemble those seen in hairy leukoplakia and can seen thin hyphae- PAS done?  Candida hyphae may be seen in almost 80% cases of oral hairy leukoplakia.

Oral frictional hyperkeratosis (morsicatio buccarum). patient must been continuously biting there
