In figure 5, there are squamoid cells with attempted horn pearl formation. This suggests basosquamous carcinoma or basaloid SCC.

I see a clearly BCC at the left edge of fig1, then in the middle, I think that is an SCC probably of follicular origin.

So agree with the idea of a collision tumor

interesting pattern with features of metatypical BCC, the cytoplasm is very GRANULAR, so maybe can call it as Vincenzo suggested.
