granulomatous inflammation, few neutrophils and occasional eosinophils seen, suspicious inclusion bodies seem-PAS required

Thymoma-could be having associated immunodeficiency

This was a case of suppurative and granulomatous dermatitis due to atypical mycobacteria. Patient was immunosupressed
