Lichen planus pemphigoides. DD fixed drug eruption.

Lichenoid pathology with superficial and deep infiltrate. In view of young age I would consider lichen striatus (if it is a linear lesion). Differential could also include DLE (but less favoured, as the lesion is on calf). CPC is required.

Lichenoid reaction with superfitial and deep component. It seems Lichen Striatus if the Clinical support that impression.
