yes, I agree with fibrous papule of the nose. 

My concern is regarding the fatty material. Is there history of trauma, injection ....?

There is a newly described lesion called Dendritic Fibromyxolipoma, but I Like to think of a fibrous papule, as my Colleagues.

I called this fibrous papule with unusually prominent adipocytes. I have not seen this before and it is not mentioned in a review by Asok Biswas (Edinburgh)
