Yes, agree...after a negative CytoK to exclude lobular mammary or gastric ca.

Yes, intradermal Spitz nevus, desmoplastic. MART1 was positive but I worried about metastatic breast carcinoma!

Yes a great case. Definitely lobular carcinoma was considered!
