multiple nodules in the superficial, mid and deep dermis. the nodules have myxoid component and last image shows atypical cells with high n/c ratio and have nuclear atypia

looks like plexiform lesion, but looking at atypia I need some IHC to rule out secondary deposits from Breast ca

Agree. An endolymphatic/endovascular carcinosis of mammary lobular carcinoma ( resembling an epithelioid hemangioma ).
