Sclerodermoid changes and chronic vascular damage make me think of Dermatomyositis...( also! ).

I think the last image is showing "The Line Sign" which favors morphea. The facial rash could be related to an associated connective tissue disease like dermatomysoistis as Vincenzo suggested or LE.

looking at slides again, I see loss of peri eccrine adipose tissue, I do not see peri eccrine lypmphocytes

I see lot of mucin accumulation

most likely morphed but mucin accumulation-can be dermatomyositis/LE

Tumid Lupus Erythematosus coexisting with Morphea. Overlap syndrome of connective tissue diseases.

Mixed connective tissue disorder - scleroderma + dermatomyositis is the commonest.
