Difficult case: the first 2 figures are compatible with myofibroma. The last 2 figures don't really show the characteristic biphasic architecture of myofibroma.

Top portion resembles myofibroma, the lower portion along the subcutis could be a myopericytoma (which can be vascular or solid type). There is lot of overlap between perivascular myoid tumors with some showing features of both.

Portions of this look like myofibroma.  Around the myofibroma there was dense CD34 positivity (in the portion represented by the lower 2 images).  I called this myofibroma with associated CD34 positive spindle cell neoplasm.  The 17:22 translocation was negative.
